Immigration

Immigration law makes up the majority of our practice. We represent clients in both affirmative applications and removal (deportation) proceedings, with a focus on family unity and humanitarian relief.

Our services include:

  Including asylum and cancellation of removal, as well as identifying pathways to lawful status through related forms of relief

• Humanitarian & Protective Relief
  Including asylum, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Deferred Action, DACA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), U visas, and related forms of relief

  Including family petitions and visa processing for relatives abroad

  Assistance with obtaining lawful permanent residence from within the United States

We provide straightforward, practical services to help individuals and families plan for the future and manage basic estate matters.

Our probate practice focuses on limited matters and may not be the best fit for complex trusts or large estates.
